Parner 2 – AMRAP burpee-thruster with 45/25# plate

then switch

Round 2:

Partner 1 – 25 T2B

Partner 2 – AMRAP OH walking lunges with 45/25# plate

then switch

Round 3:

Partner 1 – 2x 20yd alternating single hand farmer carry (grip) with 45/25 plate

Partner 2 – AMRAP wall balls 20/14# to 10/9′

then switch

Count total time of all AMRAP scores

Final score – your total time _minus_ the AMRAPs accumulated scores in seconds
Scale options:

Round1 – scale weight as needed or burpees w/o plate

Round2 – 35 K290, front rack walking lunges

Round3 – smaller plate for farmer carry and scale ball as needed
