In 2 teams complete the following for time:

10k row

300 thrusters 95/65

300 burpees

300 T2B
Rules:

– only 2 people row at a time in every team

– mandatory switch every 500m

– every person has to row at least once

– in the meantime, only 2 people can work to complete the rest of the work

– must complete thrusters to advance to burpees, to advance to T2B

Weightlifting

Back Squat (10RM)

start at 55% of 1RM and increase weight to find your 10RM
