Then clean and snatch drills

3 Person Team WOD (one person rows 250 meters at a time)

Complete 5000 meter row

While partners are rowing the team must complete 20 AbMat Situps and 10 HR Push-ups

*Will change to 4 man team if needed and 4th member will hold a plank during the duration of the row*
