Warm-up (No Measure)

4 rounds:

5 burpees

10 walking lunges

5 pullups/ring rows

Weightlifting

Bench Press (8-8-8-8)

Weighted Pull-ups (8-8-8-8)

Use dumbell/kettlebell/vest to add weight and perform a strict pull-up
If you can’t do strict use band for assisstance or do horizantal ring rows

Metcon

Metcon (Time)

5 rounds for time:

200 meter run

15 Knees to 90

15 Back Extensions (use abmat)

RX+ 15 T2B; 15 Hip Ext off GHD

Gymnastic or Strength Accessory Work

Reverse Hypers (15-15-15-15)
