Handstand Holds and Handstand negatives and or progressions.

*4 sets of 5-10 reps of each*

*Negatives we will focus on controlling the eccentric phase of the exercise as much as possible*

Push Press (5-5-5-5-5 start at @ 70% 1RM then increase ea. set)
