Okay 19.1 is over let’s try and get some work in today and tomorrow. Then be here for skill work on Thursday. So many people improved last week, but so many did not show as well. Get here to get better. Two part workout today with Deadlifts for strength and in the WOD.

Pause 3 position Deadlifts (setup, below knee, above knee)

Weightlifting

Deadlift (3×5 @70-75% 1RM if you have your numbers)
