5 Offset KB Single Leg Deads with each leg

5 Front Squats (build up in weight)

Weightlifting

Front Squat (9-7-5-3 )

Start at 60% and build to 85% If feeling good go for heavy set of 3

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

10min AMRAP

Complete the following:

100 Double unders

75 Air Squats

50 AbMat Situps

25 Power Snatch 95/65

RX+ 115/75
