CrossFit Templum – CrossFit
Overview
* CrossFit benchmark workout that uses our bodyweight on the deadlift barbell
* Looking for about a 12-14 minute workout
* Roughy 2 minutes on the rower and 2 minutes on the other two movements
* We will keep warm up short so we can run two completely separate heats. For those that can’t stand around or cheer you can run a mile 🙂

6 Barbell Stiff Legged Deadlifts
6 Lateral Hops Over Barbell
6 Box Step-ups (6 each leg)
*Increase 2 reps each round*
*Row until partner finishes*
