Where ever you are comfortable. Hit all 5 sets at same weight

Pull-ups

Gymnastic or Strength Accessory Work

Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

Every 5min for 15mins

800 meter row then max rep Push-ups in 2 sets.

RX+ HSPU in 2 sets
