In teams of 4 complete 5000 meter row for time.

*While one team member rows the other team members must complete the following before you can switch out on the rower*

*Each Team member must row at least once*

200 meter run x2

50 AbMat Situps

30 Clean and Jerks 95/65

*Everyone working at once*

*Split up reps however you desire however only one person can run, clean, or situp at a time*

First Team to complete 5000 meters wins!
