Bill Hadley Tribute WOD (Time)

Teams of 3 or 4 Complete:

5000 meter row for time

*While one person rows the others are completing:

200 meter x2

50 AbMat Situps

30 Clean and Jerks 95/65

*One person per exercise working at a time.

*Each member must row at least 1x

*Break up reps however you desire

*Bill Hadley was one of my main professors during my undergrad at McMurry University and the head athletic trainer for my football team. He was an intregal part of my decision to pursue health and fitness as a career. Monday April 18th marks 12 years since Bill Hadley, passed away. Bill was an avid cyclist and taught countless people about cycling and exercise. For the past few years, family and friends have logged miles on his anniversary as a remembrance. This year the goal is to log as many miles as possible over the weekend with Bill in your thoughts. Today through Monday, log as many miles as you would like. Those miles can be riding, walking, running, even swimming. This also includes gym time or total weight lifted.
