Weightlifting

Deadlift (Find 5RM Touch and Go )

Do not drop, bounce, or punch the barbell. There should be zero momentum added to the barbell from the floor

Metcon (Time)

5 rounds for time:

12 Hang Power Cleans 95/65

10 Thrusters 95/65

8 burpees to target 6″

Extra Credit

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Every 2mins until failure complete:

250/200 meter row
