Handstand holds (4×30 secs)

Kick up to wall and hold in a handstand position

Handstand Shoulder Alternating Shoulder Taps (3×10)

Kick up into a handstand and tap the opposite shoulder with opposing hand.

Handstand Push-ups (3×10 (modify as needed))
