5×5 Warm-up (No Measure)

Complete 3 rounds of:

10 empty barbell squats

10 empty barbell rows

10 push-ups
5×5 Rules: This week we are starting at 50% 1RM if you have one. If not you will start with an empty barbell. Each workout you will increase your weight by 5lbs, except on deadlifts you will increase by 10lbs. If you are unable to complete a set you will remain at the same weight next workout.

Back Squat (5×5 @ 50% 1RM)

Bench Press (5×5 @ 50% 1RM)

Barbell Row (5×5 @ 50% 1RM)

200 meter sprint

10 Burpees

10 Power Snatch 75/55
