Speed ladder drills

5K row (4 person team) (Time)

4 person teams (preferably 2 guys and 2 girls)

Complete 5000 meter row for time in 500 meter/person increments. Every person must row at least 2x.

While each member rows the rest of the team must complete:

25 HR push-ups (one person)

25 Lying T2B (one person)

25 Wall Balls (one person) 20/14

*you can’t do the same exercise 2x in a row*

Next person can not start the row until all the work is complete. If the person on the rower finishes before the work is done, then and only then can the other team members help finish the work.
