*Grab a partner*

2 rounds:

Perform 10 sets of each exercise then switch partners:

Seated partner jumps (3 reps is one set)

Partner over under burpees (under and over is one rep)

4 man teams:

First to finish wins

For time:

200 double unders

200 Air Squats

150 HR Push-ups

150 AbMat Sit-ups

1000 Yard Shuttle Run (20 yd segments) *50 trips from wall to wall

*one person working at a time*

*one team works for one minute and other team counts reps*

*Teams alternate each minute. One team working one team resting*
