10 strict presses
10 high rows
10 ohs
10 hop overs

Practice Skill

Take 8 mins to practice double unders. If you have your doubles then practice ring dips

Blake (Time)

4 Rounds for time of:
100′ Walking lunge, 45lb plate overhead
30 Box jumps, 24”
20 Wall-Ball Shots, 20#
10 Handstand push-ups
Female RX: 14lb WB and 20″ box and 25lb plate lunge
