400m run

In teams of 3 or 4 and with a 95/65 barbell:

100 thrusters

then

remove the plates and run 400m with plates, barbell and clips (use the heaviest barbell in use)

then

100 push press

then

remove the plates and run 400m with plates, barbell and clips (use the heaviest barbell in use)

then

100 deadlifts

then

remove the plates and run 400m with plates, barbell and clips (use the heaviest barbell in use)
Switch every 5 reps at most
