Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

EMOM for 8mins:
10 DB Chest Flys (weight of your choice)
10 Close grip tricep pushups (off step)

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

6 min AMRAP:
15 Burpees
100 meter run
This is an all out effort!!!!
100 meters counts as 1 rep
Half run counts as 0.5 reps
