Main – CrossFit

Run, Pedal, and Crawl (No Measure)

Run 400 meters
Run 400 meters (backpedal)
Bear Crawl 100 yards

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

As a Team complete 5000 meter row
*each member must row 500 meters at a time*

While one member is rowing the rest of the team will complete AMRAP of:
200 meter OH Carry (20/14)
20 burpees
*Only 2 members can work at a time per exercise*
*You may not start next group until all members are finished*
*Score will be total number of rounds completed plus 10 points for team that finishes the rowing first*
