50 Cleans (alternating) by 5’s 95/65

75 Wall Balls (alternating) by 10’s 20/14

*guy/girl partner preferred*

*each= one person must finish all reps before partner can start

*alter=one partner at a time must complete desired reps before the switch (5s or 10s)

*synch=both parnter complete all the reps simultaneously in synch 🙂
