15 db push press

Weightlifting

Bench Press (1×3 @ 75%, 5×3 @80%)

Strict press grip

Pause power position clean + jerk (Find 1 RM)

*no hip clean

*no forward lean

*no momentum
If jerk is limiting factor keep going with squat clean

Pause Low Hang Squat Clean and Jerk

Pause just below the knee
