In teams of 2 complete the following AMRAP stations. Only one partner can work at a time and there will be a 1 minute transition between stations.

3 minutes of Air Squats

2 minutes of Hang Snatch-45#

3 minutes of HR Push ups

2 minutes of Pistols

3 minutes of Sit Ups

2 minutes of HSPU

3 minutes of Burpees

2 minutes of OHS- 65/45#

Any modifications will have an adjusted rep count. Details to be explained prior to WOD.
