Start each movement every 3mins

100 double unders/300 single unders

20 Clean and Jerks 135/95

25 Bar Facing Burpees

15 CTB Pullups

15 Snatch 135/95

35 Toes to Bar

*If anyone on your team does not complete the reps in the desired time the rest of the team can try to complete the reps for them*
