– 1000m row OR 80/60cal bike – switch every (250m or 20/15cal)
– 100 Wall Balls (20/14) – switch every 10 reps
– 80 burpees – switch every 10 reps
– 40 strict pull ups – switch every 5 reps
– 1 mile run as a team
** Partner1 works while Partner2 rests (except the run).
** Workout must be completed in order.
