CrossFit begins with a belief in fitness. The aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness. We have sought to build a program that will best prepare trainees for any physical contingency — not only for the unknown, but for the unknowable. After looking at all sport and physical tasks collectively, we asked what physical skills and adaptations would most universally lend themselves to performance advantage. Capacity culled from the intersection of all sports demands would quite logically lend itself well to all sport. In sum, our specialty is not specializing. -via CrossFit.com

Plano CrossFit Kids is a strength and conditioning program that is specifically designed for kids 5-12 years of age and helps them develop a lifelong love of fitness. In a group setting, children participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well- rounded athletes. CrossFit Kids workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive and general and scaleable for any participant at any level. This means that, for the most part, no two workouts are the same, so kids never get bored and the novelty of each workout keeps them excited about participating. The functional movements involve exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do when they play-pull, push,run, throw, climb, lift and jump. All of the movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of thoroughly trained fitness professionals.

Classes are ongoing so you can join at anytime. (All classes 40min duration)

Tues and Thurs.

  • 5-12 yrs. @ 4:00pm

Youth GameChangers Program: $75/month and $50 for each additional sibling.

This program is designed to improve speed/agility and strength/power for your child.  This program is more sport specific and great when used in conjunction with our CrossFit Kids program.  Great for competitive teams and select leagues.  If you would like a private team time please contacet us.  Classes are held on Monday and Wednesday at the following times:

  • 9-13 yrs.(3rd thru 7th grades) @ 4:00pm

*Register for both programs for $125/month.*

*depending on maturity and competency in movements ages can vary slightly if cleared by staff*
